我们都知道，首次新办外国人来华工作许可时，按照薪资条款（社会平均工资的四倍或者六倍），以及积分上报的的情况，在第二年延期时都会要求提供其在该公司工作的近一年个人完税证明或者是薪资流水，以证明其实际在该公司工作。如无法提供相应的证明，外专将不会予以延期申请。

As we all know, when foreigners apply a work permit for the first time via the policy of four or six times the average wage (society), or reach a particular scores in according with the point system, they will be required to provide individual income tax certificate or bank account statement to prove they actual worked in the company for the past year. If they can’t provide the certificate, their work permit can’t get extension.

在我们客服同事的办理经验中，还遇到除上述情况外，在延期过程中还需要补纳税的情况。比如很早之前政策宽松的时候办理下来工作许可证的外籍人，没有本科或以上学历，也没有达到积分要求，亦或者是超龄，或者外专怀疑挂靠等，在办理延期的时候都有出现过提供纳税证明的情况，不过这也是少数，大部分还是正常办理延期的。具体情况还是要以外专局的实际审查为准哦。

但是！近日，同事们在办理外国人工作许可注销的时候，竟然遇到需要补纳税证明或银行流水的情况了！

Besides, we recently found that when foreigners cancel their work permits, they have been required to provide tax certificate or bank account statement,or the bureau won’t approve their cancellation.

也就是说，即使有的人想钻空子也不行啦。可能有的外国人在不符合本科加两年相关工作经验的情况下，直接采用薪资条款办理的工作许可证，然后延期不想提供纳税证明，想要提前做注销了转移到别的公司。但是这种方式行不通啦，因为外专局也不是随便能糊弄的呢。

Some foreigners who may not meet the requirement of bachelor degree and two years of relevant work experience after the degree, directly adopt work permit via four times salary, and they/company don’t want to pay tax, so they may try to cancel previous permit and transfer to another company before the expiration. But this way won't work as now foreign affairs bureau came out with such a requirement during the cancellation.

所以真的只是想挂靠公司还是有很大的风险存在的。大家还是要遵纪守法，合规聘用外国人，要依法按时给外籍人纳税，毕竟政策可是说变就变！
