美签被拒签了怎么办?

我们都知道长期工作许可证（90天以上）有A B C类别的区分，而且必须满足条件才能办理，比较常见的是B类专业人才即本科或以上学历及两年本科后的相关工作经验，整个流程办理起来也较长。

We all know that the long term work permit (over 90 days) is classified as A, B and C category, and applicant must meet the conditions to apply a work permit. It is more common for B category, which normally requires applicant to have at least bachelor’s degree and two years relevant work experience after the degree. And the whole process is also very long to some people.

但是对于一些来华进行短期工作的外籍人员，就只需要办理短期来华工作许可即可。短期来华工作许可没有那么繁琐的资料要求，并且办理起来也快很多，短期工作许可通知审核时间为7-10个工作日。

However, for those foreigners who just come here for short-term work, they can apply a short-term work permit, which is easier to apply with fewer documents, and the process is much faster as the online approval time would be just around 7-10 working days.

短期工作许可有两种情况

1. 停留期限不超过30天，这种情况持使馆批发的Z字签（职业签证）入境，签证到期前出境即可。

2. 停留期在30天以上90天（含90天）以内，申请人持Z字签入境后，还需转为与工作许可相同期限的工作类居留许可，然后可在有效期内停留工作。

There are two situations for the short-term work permit:

1. The duration of stay shall not exceed 30 days, in which case the applicant shall enter the country with Z (occupation visa/or we call work visa) issued by the embassy, and leave the country before the expiration of the visa.

2. The period of stay is more than 30 days but within 90 days (including 90 days). After entering the country with Z visa, the applicant shall be transferred to a work residence permit of the same duration as his short-term work permit, and then may stay and work within the valid period.
