美签被拒签了怎么办?

《外国人工作许可证》有效期可一次性签发多长时间？

（一）《外国人来华工作许可通知》，有效期以系统生成的《外国人工作许可通知》上的标注时限为准。

The period of validity of the Notice of Foreigner's Work Permit to China shall be subject to the time limit marked on the systematically generated Notice of Foreigner's Work Permit.

（二）《外国人工作许可证》，A类有效期为2-5年，B类有效期为1年，同时不得超过营业执照或登记证、政府批文有效期、劳动合同或委派书有效期及工作申请人护照或能代替护照的其他国际旅行证件有效期等。

The validity period of the Foreigner's Work Permit is 2-5 years for Category A and 1 year for Category B. At the same time, it shall not exceed the validity period of the business license or registration certificate, government approval, labor contract or letter of appointment, and the validity period of the work applicant's passport or other international travel documents that can replace the passport.
